102 MINUTES THAT CHANGED AMERICA.

Watching this History Channel Documentary made me feel as if I were in New York City 8 years ago. For the first time I saw amateur footage of the Attacks.

Being able to see the expressions on people's faces and hear the screams brought empathy out of me for them.

Hearing screams as they saw people jumping from 700 to 1000 feet above city streets just so they could escape a burning death inside the World Trade Centers. I am sure some of the 9/11/01 jumpers were unwittingly pushed out windows by co-workers rushing and plowing their way though debris, smoke, flames and other people that were dead or dying on the floor eventually Slaming into people leaning against broken windows trying everything they can to get clean air and scream and even waving a shirt hoping that someone anyone could save them. I have thought over the years. If I could have made a choice like that?

A choice to burn to death or jump to my death?

A small fact about the 9/11 jumpers: Falling from 800 feet and above takes 6 second or more.
